Return Costs
Defective, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect:
- Please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours)
- Include your order number and photos if applicable
If the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, we will:
- Cover the return shipping costs
- Offer a replacement or refund
- There are no costs for the customer in this situation
Change of Mind Returns (Customer Remorse)
Change of mind returns are accepted within 30 days, as long as the product meets the conditions listed above.
Return postage for change of mind is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
This applies when you purchase the wrong product, the item does not fit, or you no longer want the item.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees on returned items.

Step 4. Shipping: Use a reliable shipping service with tracking. Keep your tracking number until your refund is processed. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer or by us if defective or incorrect.
Refund Process
Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 days. It usually takes another 5 days for the refund to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.

Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or colour, please return your item and place a new order through our website.
